We collect information you provide when creating accounts, registering stakeholders, creating lots, orders, and deliveries. This may include names, contact details, locations, and business information.
All data is stored in JSON files on the server hosting this application. No third-party database is used by default. Backups are the responsibility of the system administrator.
Information is shared only with other users of the same platform instance as needed to fulfill orders, contracts, and deliveries. We do not sell data to third parties.
We use password hashing, CSRF tokens, and output encoding to protect the platform. Administrators should keep the server and backups secure.
You may request correction or deletion of your data by contacting the platform administrator.
